We have modern payment kiosks available in Aguadilla, Arecibo, Bayamón, Caguas, and San Juan.
Now you can pay your bill quickly, easily and safely, and above all, you will not have to stand in line. You can do this using your credit card, debit card or cash*.
Payments received on or before 3:00 p.m. will be credited to your water service account balance on the second business day after the date the payment is made. However, if the transaction is made after that time, the payment will be reflected in your account balance on the third business day.
**NOTE: In case of any money remaining after payment, the Payment Kiosk will not return cash. Instead, the money will be automatically credited to your account balance. **
If your bill has overdue charges, we recommend that your payment be done through the payment window of a Customer Service Office.
If your water service is suspended, please do not use the Payment Kiosk.
This is another step towards the transformation of the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, offering you a better service.
